Beta scope

These terms apply to the invitation-only DataFast private beta. By creating an account or using the beta, you agree to these terms. The beta is provided for evaluation and testing, not for production use. Use only websites, accounts, and provider sandboxes that you own or are authorized to test, and use synthetic data rather than real customer, payment, or other sensitive data.

Accounts and access

Keep your sign-in links, sessions, and credentials private. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for the accuracy of information you submit. Do not share access outside the invited beta cohort.

DataFast may limit, suspend, or end an account or part of the service during the beta, including when needed to protect the service, investigate misuse, or change the test. Features may change, break, or be removed while the beta is in progress.

Acceptable use

Do not use DataFast for unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or abusive activity. Do not attempt to bypass access controls, probe or disrupt the service, introduce malicious code, access another person's account or data, or use the beta to violate another person's rights.

You are responsible for the websites you instrument and the events or properties they send. Provide any notices and obtain any permissions or consent required for your testing. Do not send unnecessary personal data, credentials, payment details, or secrets through analytics events or feedback.

Stripe sandbox boundary

Any Stripe App or payment-flow testing in this beta must use an explicitly invited Stripe sandbox with test data. Do not connect Stripe Live mode, use a real payment card, or submit real customer or payment information. Beta access does not grant a public Stripe App installation, Stripe Marketplace approval, or access to every Stripe account.

Availability and support

The private beta is experimental and is provided as available. There is no uptime, response-time, support, data-retention, or recovery SLA. Keep independent copies of anything you need, and do not rely on the beta for business-critical activity.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as the beta and its operating boundaries change. This page shows the current version and its last-updated date. If you do not agree with an updated version, stop using the beta.
